It’s Monday, September 27.

The Paducah Aero Modelers Air Show is Saturday and Sunday at the model air park on County Park Road just off Coleman Road near I-24 Exit 4.  It starts at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and continues “until”  There’s no admission fee to see control line, free flight and radio control model airplanes at rest and in action.  Pilots are tail-gating and swap-meeting during demonstrations.

Tomorrow is Saudi Arabia National Day at Murray State University.  Explore and discover the Saudi Culture, including sampling Arabian Food and henna from 9 to 3 p.m. in the dance lounge of the Curris Center.

The Yeiser Art Center, Markethouse Square in Paducah, begins Life Drawing Sessions this Wednesday.  It’s $15 per session for all eight sessions Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. through November 17.  All artists must be 18 years of age or older.  Sessions begin with a series of warm-up gesture poses then proceed to longer poses.
