Some new moms who can’t breastfeed have discovered they can still give their babies milk donated by other moms they find on Facebook.

NPR reports the milk-sharing continues despite warnings from the federal government.

The National Commission on BP’s Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill is pulling no punches assigning blame for the explosion last April.
