NPR reports on the growing  concern of hazing within historically black universities’ marching bands.

A money used by no government, that’s not tangible, backed only by those who use it. Can it work?

NPR reports Bitcoin could be the money of the future, existing only in the virtual universe. And it can’t be messed up by politicians.

Kentucky~ Hopkins County librarians got that money. The Christian County Jail is broke. Paducah’s building inspector has passed away. Holly Patreus makes her return to Fort Campbell.

Illinois~ The state will try a Health Care Exchange with help.
