NATO faces a “dim, if not dismal” future.

NPR reports Sec. Robert Gates questions the viability of the decades old military alliance in his last policy speech.

Kentucky~ Some Paducah residents feel they aren’t as important as others. An accused stalker in Fort Campbell has charges dismissed. Paducah/McCracken County residents might be able to vote on a merger, but not yet.  Medicaid could be handled by private companies in the future. The state has issued grants to help farmers, and eradicate fat kids.

Tennessee~ Clarksville’s mayor says she doesn’t want any tax hikes. The state finance commissioner says the state state is doing well.

  1. Medicaid being handled by private organization is not a good idea. I’m sure something will come up to solve that.
