Four Rivers Watershed Watch needs volunteers for a special stream study. Next week there are two training sessions at the Hancock Biological Station for volunteers. Learn how to test water quality and collect samples for lab analysis next Thursday, 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, April 9th from 9 to Noon. Register on-line at 4rww.jpf.org.

Trigg County Senior Center hosts a Health Fair next Wednesday from 9 a.m. on including information about the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act . Learn more about the Extra Help Program relative to Medicare Part D. The Center is at 127 Joy Lane in Cadiz.

Kenlake State Resort Park hosts a Bowfishing Seminar presented by Passing on the Tradition Support Group next Friday and Saturday. It’s free and includes instruction on equipment, safe practices, types of fish, best season, and proper handling and cleaning of fish. It begins at 7 p.m. Friday and continues at 9 a.m. Saturday.
