Some employers are saying if you’re out of work, we don’t want to hire you.

~NPR tells one man’s story beginning about 1,000 job applications in.

KENTUCKY~ Paducah weighs 174 acres heavier today.  KY-305 will be closed tomorrow and (part of) Friday and watch out for lane restrictions on Western Kentucky Parkway in Hopkins County. Cleaning up a major Marshall County methlab will cost +$100k. You can burn things again in Marshall and Calloway (thank the rain). Find out what legislators are thinking about this session (sort of). Beshear has a plan to balance the state’s Medicaid budget, but some of his opponents dislike it. KACo officials converge in Louisville to talk jail costs. Several more of our local military heroes died abroad.

TENNESSEE~ APSU’s injured QB is out of the hospital (after the MSU game). Henry County will host Stewart County’s extra prisoners @ $35 a day (each).
