NPR hears no one will face criminal charges for destroying CIA videotapes depicting interrogation of terrorism detainees during President George W. Bush’s administration.

KENTUCKY~ Paducah flood wall repairs could cost $19mil and police are searching for 2 men who robbed a Kentucky Oaks Mall patron. McCracken County could sue to stop Paducah’s planned annexation. KY-121 north of Murray closed then reopened this morning for a fire-response. The election (apparently) isn’t over. Paducah’s TransMontaigne will hold a practice drill tomorrow. A Murray house fire reminds us to check our smoke alarms and of the danger of space heaters.

TENNESSEE~ A UTM student died (mysteriously). Does Southeast Henry County want water access?

SPORTS~ (Men’s Basketball) APSU > Westminster & UTM > Bethel. (Women’s Basketball) APSU > Cumberland.
