It’s Friday, October 15.

Tomorrow the Humane Society of Calloway County shows dogs and puppies at Tractor Supply in Murray from 10 a.m. to noon, and offers $10 dog-microchipping and $3 ID tags. Also, walk your own dog or walk one of the Humane Society’s foster dogs between 1 and 3 p.m. at Chestnut Park for a $5 donation. Microchipping and ID tags available there as well.

A reception tomorrow from 5 to 7 p.m. signals the opening of exhibitions by artists Paul Lorenz of Lowertown Paducah and Robert Bean of Little Rock at the Yeiser Art Center on the Markethouse Square near the Paducah riverfront.

Celebrate an 1850’s Wedding at the Homeplace Living History Farm tomorrow.  See wedding preparation from 10 to Noon.  The Wedding ceremony and festivities are from 1:30 to 4 p.m.  The Homeplace is south on the Trace from 68/80 in the Tennessee section of LBL.  There’s also a workday at LBL’s Gray Cemetery starting at 8:30 a.m.  Pre-register to work at 270-924-2007.
