It’s Thursday, September 23

Eye-Full of Paris starts tomorrow with a noon on the square concert featuring John Austin McDanial and Project Graduation’s lunch on the Courthouse Lawn.  Tomorrow night the Wildlife Awaits Show and Sale opens at Lee Academy of the Arts at 6 p.m.  Friends of the Wildlife Refuge sponsor this show of a mix of artworks.  There’s a whole day of activities Saturday.  See visitdowntownparis.com for the complete schedule.

Murray State University’s Fall Fanfare Concert for Family Weekend is Saturday at 3 p.m. in Lovett Auditorium. Enjoy the symphonic wind ensemble, the concert choir, jazz and symphony orchestras, the racer marching band and the university chorale.  Tickets are $5.

Take Back Day is Saturday from 10 to 2 at the main entrance of Kentucky Oaks Mall in Paducah.  There will be a collection site where you can turn in your unused, unneeded and expired prescription medications with no questions asked.  The free anonymous service will make your home safer.

Thanks for listening and contributing.  It’s easy to do at wkms.org.
