There’s a Doggie Day Spa Saturday from 9 to 2. at Carmen Pavilion on College Farm Road across from Calloway County High School. The Humane Society microchips dogs for $10 each and photographs pets for their free Lost Pet Photo Registry. Engraved custom pet ID tags are $3 each on site. Murray State AHT and Pre-Vet students do $7 baths, $4 ear cleaning & nail trimming or $10 for “the works.”

St. Joseph Catholic School in Mayfield seeks donations for its annual Christmas auction on November 20. Gifts may be delivered to the St. Joseph School Office or scheduled for pick up. Call 270-247-4420 to help.

The Kuttawa Flotilla of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary offers a Safe Boating Course at Eddy Creek Marina Resort Saturday.  The course is $20, goes from 8 to 5 with a lunch break. The Marina is at 7612 State Route 93 South of Eddyville. Pre-registration is required at 270-388-9799.
