KY~ A semi crashes on I-24. Judge Hynes makes an example of Caleb Barnett’s mushroom buddy. More river lock work incoming to Livingston/Marshall Counties.  Salvia divinorum could soon be illegal. The House wants to bring disturbed kids home and passes a revision of a new restitution law. Personal service contracts catch Stumbo‘s eye for the cutting block. The Education/Workforce Secretary pushes for furloughs. Violently domestic or domestically violent? Either way they can run for public office. Beshear asks Obama to help coal states.

IL~ Embattled Republican gubernatorial primary contender Hynes will announce something this morning.

TN~ Nashville master marble craftsman will open a Paris shop. Clarksville’s Outlaw Field could see cool jobs.
